Work through one process
Bring one real process where you are considering AI, or where AI is already changing how work gets done. In 90 minutes, we work out who owns it, what would change, and how you would know it is working.
Who it is for
Leadership and operational teams with a real decision to make about AI in one specific process, such as handling customer enquiries, planning routes, preparing month-end reports or screening applications. You do not need a technical team in the room.
What we do in the 90 minutes
1. Map the process as it runs today: the steps, the hand-offs and the decisions.
2. See how others have redesigned similar work.
3. Agree where AI could help, and where human judgement should stay.
4. Work through ORBIT's five questions. grouped by who is involved, what changes, and why it is worth doing.
5. Separate the evidence you can see from the assumptions you have been told.
6. Agree who owns it, a first step, and the questions to resolve before going further.
What you leave with
A clearer view of the process, a named owner and the first step, the main evidence gaps and assumptions, a first idea of the metric that would show whether it is working, and the questions to resolve before going further. You keep your own notes. There is no formal assessment or written report.
This session is advisory. It is not an Independent Decision Assessment, and for any one decision I advise or I assess, never both. If further work is useful, the scope is agreed separately.
